Aims and Objects of LIG Flats Venture-2

Aims and Objects of the Association :

• To provide, without any motive of profit, social aid especially for the residents of LIG FLATS VENTURE-2 and to make services available from Government.
• To manage, maintain and regulate the common problems and common facilities by contributions from the Flat Allottes at LIG Flats, Venture-2 and Phase-4, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally.
• To promote close co-operation between Members, render all possible advice and guidance to Members relating to ownership and enjoyment of Allottes and to provide such amenities and facilities to Members from time to time.
• To implement and co-ordinate various activities relating to welfare of Flat Allottes.
• To approach courts of law, including High Court of Telangana for the redressal of grievances, if the competent authorities fail to render justice otherwise.
